MAY COMPLAINTS
*Anonymous report of extremely high rate of speed of the vehicles traveling on Pine Street during 8am-9am.
EPD was informed of the complaint and Chief Brown will have Officers monitor Pine Street more closely.
*Anonymous inquiry as to the penalty for occupying a camper that is parked on same property of a residence.
Referred caller to Randy Pruitt & notified Chief Brown who suggested called may live in Jeffers Circle.
Chief Brown patrolled Jeffers Circle, finding a camper with sewer hooked up to it at 249 Jeffers Circle and another camper at 218 Jeffers Circle, which was underpinned with hay.
Mr. Pruitt was notified by Patti Coleman and was to investigate the locations.
*Ms. Chandler of 104 Nature Lane is concerned about the drain filling up with pine needles from the neighbor?s yard. The neighbor also has a lot of yard debris and overgrown trees. Ms. Chandler has offered to assist with the cost and removal of the debris, however, the neighbor will not comply.
Melony Hudson referred the information to Chief Brown and it was recommended Mr. Pruitt be notified in order to handle the situation properly. Mr. Pruitt was notified and the information was forwarded to SCDOT (Nick Anderson).
