2020 Elgin Catfish Stomp Parade Line-Up
Parade Entries will enter Railroad Avenue from Church Street (Next to Elgin House of Pizza) and proceed to their spot.? There will be volunteers stationed in multiple locations to direct everyone.
Participants can report to their spot starting at 8:30 and the parade will begin at 10:00 and travel down Main Street, starting at the corner of Bowen/Main and will end at Potter Community Park, located at the corner of Main/Green Hill.

Elgin Citizen of the Year for 2020
It is the time of year that the Town of Elgin would like to recognize it?s ?Citizen of the Year?. ?In order to nominate an individual who has made a positive impact in our town, the individual must live or work in the Elgin Community (Kershaw County).
Please complete the Nomination Form and return to Elgin Town Hall no later than Monday, November 23, 2020.
The winner will be announced at Elgin Town Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
