The Town of Elgin is soliciting bids for Bookkeeping Services involving Payroll.  The scope of tasks specifically required will involve the following functions:

  • Prepare/Submit Payroll-Direct Deposit Bi-Weekly and Monthly
  • Prepare/Submit Quarterly and Year-End Payroll Tax Returns/Reports
  • Prepare/Submit Monthly and Quarterly and Year-End Retirement Reports
  • Prepare/Submit W-2’s and 1099’s Annually

It will be required that the accountant use the Town of Elgin’s Finance Module (Nicholson) as well as the Town’s Account Access for SCDORWAY, SUETS and it’s First Citizen’s BOB Advantage to complete all tasks.

This will be required for all staff of the Town of Elgin and the Elgin Police Department, which will include a total of (19) employees/staff/council.
